Welcome to Aught Hour, LLC (“Incubator”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Incubator’s projects, including but not limited to Million Person Unicorn, TaskCloud, and What’s The Point (collectively, “Projects”). By participating in or using any of the Incubator’s Projects, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of the Incubator’s Projects, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Projects.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 13 years of age or older to participate in or access any of the Incubator’s Projects. By using the Projects, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Users under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
- The Incubator reserves the right to restrict access to users who do not comply with these age requirements.
3. Purpose & Scope
The Incubator is focused on developing AI-driven solutions. Participation in Projects may involve collaboration, idea-sharing, data analysis, and software development.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Incubator and its Projects own all intellectual property (IP) created within their scope unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Participants may contribute ideas and work product, but ownership of core technology, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms remains with the Incubator.
- Any open-source contributions will be governed by the respective open-source licenses.
5. Use of AI & Data
- The Incubator commits to ethical AI development and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Users must not misuse or repurpose AI technology for malicious, unethical, or illegal purposes.
- Any personal or user-generated data collected through Projects will be handled according to privacy policies outlined for each initiative.
6. User Conduct
- Users must act responsibly, respectfully, and in good faith when participating in any Incubator Project.
- The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of any kind.
- Misuse of the Projects for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of confidential or proprietary information.
- Attempts to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the functionality of the Projects.
- The Incubator reserves the right to remove participants who violate these rules and take appropriate legal action if necessary.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- The Incubator provides Projects “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- The Incubator is not liable for any damages arising from participation in its Projects, including but not limited to data loss, business interruptions, or AI-related errors.
- Participants assume all risks related to experimental AI development.
8. Amendments & Termination
- The Incubator may modify these Terms at any time, with updates posted on the official website.
- Participants who do not agree with updates must discontinue their participation.
- The Incubator reserves the right to discontinue any Project at its discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State and Federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
